By accessing and using Ari Gold Digital, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Ari Gold Digital provides AI-powered video production services. You submit a project brief, our AI generates the content, and you review and approve before payment is processed.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due only after you approve the delivered content. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for your intended purposes. Ari Gold Digital retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ari Gold Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
